About Khadzi
I was born to create beautiful art. My grandmothers were artists. Vho-Mususumeli Alina Mańweli Masebe had a gift for clay. She could weave artefacts of any size and for any use. Her hands knew beads like they were her best friend. Art was her gift. Vho-Nyamadala Mutheiwana Mafuna Mashau was the poet. She also had the sweetest singing voice. She gave me my gift with words.
I owe my talent to both my grandmothers and those that came before them. I am an artist. An African storyteller. My heritage is my business.
